TICKETS for the first annual Warwick Suicide Prevention Luncheon are selling fast with only 20 spots remaining.
Organiser and R U OK day ambassador, Johno Felton, has been busy drumming up support for the luncheon.
“It’s going to be a great day and we’re really encouraging those late comers to get their tickets,” he said.
“Suicide claims too many lives across our region and more needs to be done and to ask R U OK.”
Mr Felton said the event will feature several star acts and speakers including rising musical talent Emma Bell, guest speaker Stephen Dale (from Better Choices) and a welcome to country ceremony from a local indigenous representative.
The event will take place at the Warwick Golf Club this Sunday, 8 September, from 11am.
