ARSON has not been ruled out as the cause of a Glen Road property fire last week as Warwick police and fire crews sift for answers.
Nearby residents reported the house fire to Warwick police and fire station authorities about 7.30pm on Thursday 1 May.
Fire Station Officer Dennis Burton said fire crews arrived to find the building completely engulfed by flames and the blaze took more than two hours to contain.
Mr Burton praised the efforts of fire crews who contained the blaze despite the danger of the structure collapsing.
The property was abandoned at the time and had been earmarked for demolition.
