GRANITE rocks aren’t the only ones the Stanthorpe district is famous for after a wildly successful concert on the weekend.
An estimated 1800 attended the Stanthorpe Rocks concert at Ballandean Estate winery and rocked on with legends Mental as Anything, Wendy Matthews, the Radiators, Russell Morris and Daryl Braithwaite.
The outstanding success of the concert means that similar events are likely to be held in the future.
Already people in Warwick are calling for a similar event in the Rose City.
