A teenage girl has died following a single-vehicle traffic crash at Mount Tabor this morning.

Early investigations indicate shortly after 2:30 am a white dual cab utility was travelling south on Mount Tabor Road before it left the road and rolled several times.

A 16-year-old Warwick girl died at the scene due to head injuries. She was a passenger in the vehicle.

Three other teenagers, including the 17-year-old male driver, were transported to the hospital.

Queensland Ambulance Services reported that they transported the three teens to the hospital, “including a female in her teens with a head injury in a serious condition, a stable male in his teens with an ankle injury and a stable male in his teens with a minor head injury”.

The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating.

Queensland Police Services commented that the road is unsealed, but the investigation into the crash may take some time.

“Medical care is most important,” they said. “It can take a lot of time to actually speak to people.”
