Tenterfield Hospital has extended their times for Covid-19 testing due to one case of Covid-19 being detected in Tenterfield Shire.

On Saturday 30 October and Sunday 31 October, Covid-19 testing at the hospital will be available from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.

The hospital has requested that people make a booking by calling (02) 67369 5200, if at all possible.

NSW Health has not yet listed any specific locations in Tenterfield Shire as exposure sites.

Close contacts will be contacted directly by NSW Health, while casual contacts should find information in their Service NSW app.

For those who have not yet received the Covid-19 vaccine, the Warwick Rodeo Markets in Leslie Park will have a walk-in Pfizer vaccine clinic tomorrow, open to everyone aged 12 years from 8:30 am to 1 pm.

Anyone attending should bring identification, their Medicare card, and a pen.
